Hmm, agree with you. I was told by BigHouse last year that the air-con would be York brand. But, it was sales person talk. So, I don't really trust their words.

Called Akisama before about the first drawdown for Phase 3 and the answer given was "not so soon". Thus, piling is not complete. I didn't even see any piling job on-going for Phase 3 when I was there 2 weeks ago.

I guess they still busy with phase 1 & 2 piling. Ok la, later the better since our completion date is 8 mths after phase 1/2.

But we need to service more interest...

That's why I said later the better to complete the piling. Until then, we won't be charged any interest as no disbursement has been made.

Put in all money u have if are having full flexi homeloan to offset the interest

Yup but for semi-flexi when u want to withdraw, u will need to notify the bank in advance and pay a min service charge.

For my case, SPA is signed abt 4 mths after booking. It should be faster in your case.

U should chase your banker. How many banks u applied and how long u have been waited?

Went to the site Sunday afternoon. C2 open for sales in the morning.
Already got 13 stickers.
10K higher than C1.
IMO, it is worth as there are only 10 units versus C1 with 14 units per floor
both with 3 lifts also.

i think you better check with your sales person on "what is the actual due date " for SPA signing before it is too late.

technically, you may sign your SPA upon loan approval from any bank.

Now C2. It looks good! I went to the showroom last weekend with my fren, he booked 1 C2 Corner Lot.

Got two sides, one is facing the Puchong area... the other is facing KL but certain units blocked by Block B2.

If not mistaken, the rebate only started when they are selling block B2/C1 and onwards.

Yes. I read somewhere that the current rebate is up to 25k, not 20k.
