The concept is to make it peak so the commercial activity and this area will become hot.

Why keep talking many units, that is alot of place u can buy....... rolleyes.gif

Anyone heard of any reconstruction or road expansion planned around that area?

With a bi-directional one lane street into the service apartment compound + a traffic light junction, is it livable there? With ~4000 households (with 2 car parks each) total ~8k cars in and out.

Jalan Puchong is already very jammed now with 4 more condo projects on going (Tiara, 8 Residence, OUG Parklane and Sutera).

A bit concern on that.

if possible can share/post the letter of offer attachment for the car park?
Because my banker from ipoh have no template for reference. Please help.....
