OK, this is another project I can find to compare. But this OUG Parklane is freehold. Very high density, near to a lake from the map I saw. LRT is much further away. If I am right from the reading here, the current phase is above 300K for mostly 950 sqf (guesstimate of current price 320 per sqf). But this is service apartment and the commercial component are mostly shops-apartments, no retail mall.
Again, I hope forum members here can share some opinion against the project that I am introducing, click on my signature below. Basically, 260K, 8KM from KLCC and Lakeview, nearby existing LRT St. within walking distance. Size guessing abt 800++ sqf, but this is Leasehold.
Please kindly do not misunderstand, I am also trying getting feedback, at least hope to maintain a balanced view.
