QUOTE(@skyhawk@ @ Oct 30 2011, 07:24 PM) nope..coz she said recently so hard to mnp...she not said cant, juz said need 2 weeks but stil not confirm can mnp or not...de other telco really hard to letgo their customer is it true?? or i been cheated? i really wan mnp lor.... u can help me??if i not mistaken,u provide mnp service for umobile rght?? to MNP, scan your ic, both sides, watermark them with "for MNP to Umobile only. fill up this form » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «
send them to me read this also » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « MNP is free if you perform it at any Service Center as these SC are borne and mantain by the Telco themselves.
However, we Dealers tat do MNP service , be it Maxis , DiGi, Celcom or Umobile hav to PURCHASE those new blank sim from the respective telco at cost. ie rm5.00 each. AND BECAUSE OF THIS NOT ALL DEALERS DO MNP SERVICES.
When i do MNP for users, i only ask for the cost of the blank sim ie, rm5.00(at cost) and pos ekspress rm3.00(at cost) and a mininum topup for the MNP-ed number via e reload of rm30.00. You might ask why a rm30 Topup? Simple, we who do MNP services ONLY get incentive in the form of a few percentage of the Topup value and commission from the topup value is VERY minimal. Some understanding users sometimes do treat me(buy me lunch) to a set of MC D Quarter Pounder or a KFC Snack Plate set. Thanks
Pls remember i hav to pay for the the Stationery( A4 paper and printing Ink ) and Transportation(to send the Pos Ekspress) to make sure the MNP is successful. You dun hav to pay for the time and parking charges to go to a Service Center which i hav to.
You guys can actually save the rm5 (simcard) and rm3 (pos ekspress) if you go to any Service Center. But remember I process my cases by directly emailing the completed documents, namely, the MNP form, photocopy of IC, front and back and Photocopy of the new simcard with the simcard serial number, directly to the Activation Department (AD) personnel directly. When you go to a service center to do MNP, not all CSO will process your request as prompt as I do, you can knoe this by the feedback of users here tat their MNP took so long to be completed when it was done at the SC.

QUOTE(yeelong @ Oct 31 2011, 11:43 AM) Guise, please call CS to confirm, don't just simply spread the rumors for the sake of rumors! which rumor am i spreading? 1. I ask the guy about where he got the info about the throttling. 2. I ask about the quota reset. Because I don't wanna spend 30 minutes waiting for CS to pick up. 3. My phone and broadband modem both do not have signal at the moment, nothing more true than that. BTW I am meters away from the U Mobile office in Subang Hi-Tech.
