Bandar Sri Damansara (between Kepong / Sungai Buloh)

interesting thing is I was using the same plan, going around various places and even down to Jalan Sultan Ismail before and never got anything above 0.5Mb/s

current connection is using HTC Desire Z as modem.

wat plan/package are u using?

i advice u to subscribe to the 42Mbps free modem package as using your fon for long term as a modem will fry up the 3G chips

yes, the 3G chips will fry up faster than normal usage and tat chip is irreplaceable, infact HTC parts are hard to source, i once spoilt my HTC HD simcard adaptor and even asked my supplier from China cant even source for it there doh.gif
the only way is to ask HTC Malaysia to replace it, but i will cost a bomb,

Brian, trust me the 42Mbps modem is really worth it, take the ZTE one, Huawei modems suks, i personally fried 3 Huawei e-1762

I'm using HTC desire HD, sometime use it for Wifi hotspot as a modem.
If the chips burned, can send for warranty, right?

emm...i'm considering to get RM68 or 128 broadband also for short term use, becoz i will move to new house by Dec ( and get unifi ), and already terminate my streamyx at old house. Now using RM28 and YES4G.
