RM28 package with 100mins is to all telco.
Because of every top up, you will get free call also ( to U mobile only ). System will deduct from 100mins first.
After 100mins, if you call to other telco, it chargeable.

Do u all experience any disconnection yesterday nite around 12am?

If RM28 package also come with 100 min calls as well as top up,

so which free call will deduct first? Top up free calls or RM28?

i guess its the 100mins first, then the 60mins a day

Umobile is cheap but really really too bad for me. Let me tell you why...

I lived between the edge and 3g coverage area. So?
sometimes I will get 3g at 1 bar signal but will disconnect anytime then
if its edge will be damm slow .. This is manually setup for my phone..

For automatic setup.. My carrier and internet signal will keep changing and changing so I can't play poker , download anything continuously.
3g carrier using 3g internet so if 3g internet break , phone will search for edge for the carrier and internet will sticked to edge but one 3g is found,
carrier will change into 3g again and research for 3g internet again...

Is troublesome...

is the umobile services down?? no1 pick up for the customer service line.. and my line still not yet activated... i'm frustrated d...

you will have to use up the 100min free calls first which is supposed to be applicable to both u-mobile and non u-mobile no (although you call another u-mobile no), then when you used up the 100min, you can call another u-mobile no for free (every RM 1 top up, free 1 day) but if you call other network, they charge you 9sen/30sec

anyone from seksyen 32, shah alam area?? yesterday nite, when I try to online after reach home, notice that I can't detect any U-Mobile signal at all. Is it becoz of raining day???

I just MNP to Umobile today, and i subscribe the BIS for .88cents/day, i receive sms say that my bis if active untill 11xxpm, the problem is BIS is not connected, do i need to do some setting on my bb or the service is realy down, i try to call their support but unable to spoke to human being, just listed to songs until more than 10minute i hang up. Anyone care to share their BIS status near damansara area
