Just called Apple, the fellow said that apologize and will give discount RM100 after i received my ipad and called DHL aslo the fellow said just reach the warehouse in shah alam and UNABLE TO DELIVER ON TODAY!!!!!!!!! Will be deliver on monday or tuesday. WTF!!!!

At least u got a date...Zz...I called dhl n apple..no date can be confirmed for the clearance n delivery..
Worst will exceed 10 over days of delay..

I called DHL yesterday and they said after clearance, they will delivery after segregating out our individual orders. This process will take 1 working day, but I said, I want to collect it myself from their warehouse.. they said that can be arranged also, but must first inform them

Gonna try and collect it today and see how.

Damn..still clearance delay for me. Shipped 19th, delayed started since 22nd. Called Apple for a refund and they will get back to me later today.

They told me there were email blast informing customers of the delays. Did anyone receive it? I certainly didn't. If they did promptly provide an update rather than me checking online all the time, I wouldn't that pissed.

No offer to rebate either.

will definitely call up to get that rebate later, my ipad was a gift too damn it. a gift to myself seriously though, need the damned piece of equipment to do my music recordings. now all project on hold pulak. thanks apple.

Collected mine from DHL Kuching. Ordered on 11th and got it on 27th. My unit got light bleeding problem too, but not so noticeable as long as not to set the brightness to 100%.

Me too! I ordered on 12th of May,initial delivery is to be on the 7th of June. Now Apple sent email said it will arrive today on 27th May.
But now still stuck in SZB,clearance delay.. Can't they be any faster?

No,are you sure can get rebate? Btw i received an e-invoice by Apple South Asia Pte Ltd stating that my delivery is on 30th May. So which one is true? From Apple Online Store (27 May)or the Apple South Asia (30 May)? Confused..

i seriously don't hope needing to pick up the phone and dial any of the customer service numbers may it be DHL or Apple!

Apple returned my call and said I can get a full refund if I wish since delay more than 5 days. the refund clearance will take 7 to 10 working days.
Give them until end of the month for the delivery and then I will tell them my decision.
Apologies but no offer for rebate either. NMM..
