Called Apple just now and told them I want a refund if can't get by Friday. They asked me to call back on Friday meanwhile they check with management whether can refund anot.
I called DHL yesterday and they said Apple is dealing with Customs to clear but this is slow.
I ordered mine on 4th May.

Anyone shipped on the 19th May got their ipad? Mine still stuck as of today. My delivery date was yesterday.

Damn..still clearance delay for me. Shipped 19th, delayed started since 22nd. Called Apple for a refund and they will get back to me later today.
They told me there were email blast informing customers of the delays. Did anyone receive it? I certainly didn't. If they did promptly provide an update rather than me checking online all the time, I wouldn't that pissed.
No offer to rebate either.

Apple returned my call and said I can get a full refund if I wish since delay more than 5 days. the refund clearance will take 7 to 10 working days.
Give them until end of the month for the delivery and then I will tell them my decision.
Apologies but no offer for rebate either. NMM..

Called dhl this afternoon. They say my delivery sure clear on Tuesday next week. I am in the 19th may shipping batch
