yes... finally my ipad2 is in my hand now!!

surprisingly the abang dhl said for today 26 ipad has being delivered in my office building....wow!!

and there is another 5 kontena with thousands of ipads waiting for clearance......and the number keep increasing...wow!! and he said with those large volume can open one more courier company to handle this job...

After reading the horror stories about the delivery time and the bombardments which the members have made to Apple and DHL, wonder if they are more efficient now. Here's my tracking:

my ipad suppose deliver yesterday but now still stuck in subang due clearance delay.

called apple CS this morning, a guy pickup, say nothing he can do and didn't offer any refund and tell me what I can do is... WAIT!!!

WTF...


then, read forum seeing alot getting RM100-150 refund, feel bit fed up and call apple CS again..

this time is a girl name Surina answer, she is nice and after listening me complaint bout the late shipment, she give me 2 option of compensation for the delay...

RM150 or Smart Cover (Polyurethane)

was try to ask for leather one but failed... lol

so guys, which will you choose?



anyway, whoever wanna claime the compensation from apple, better get a lady CS to answer you

Just received my iPad was waiting at my carporch. Dhl van came and 1st thing he asked "u sedang Tunggu saya kah ?"
I said "Sudah Tak sabar dah" !

Haih, I should have go n queue for it, waiting is suffering, but delay without further notice is killing me!!!!

i would do the same! cannot tahan any longer after a long painstaking wait..

This is what i encountered throughout the day. After saw the shipment was cleared this morning, immediately i called DHL and ask for own collection. They said shipment is in their warehouse and they are separating the items according to destinations. I asked if i could get it today, they say normally would take them 3-4 hours and assured me I WILL NOT GET IT TODAY and asked me to call up tomorrow and see if own collection can me arranged. Disappointed* after a hour (2.30pm) i refreshed my tracking record and it says with delivery courier. Immediately i called up DHL and they say I WILL DEFINITIVELY GET it today! i was like WOW!!! ... and after put down the phone DHL man called and assured me the delivery will reach by 5pm .. although is 30minutes late..i also no energy to complain but to receive with a smile. There goes my story .... i wish good luck to those who are still waiting ...!! may the force be with you guyssss .....

Another day of delay....according to Apple CS. This is the only container retain by Customs.
