Thank you for your e-mail to DHL’s Customer Care Unit - We acknowledge receipt of your email dated May 26, 2011.
Refer to the below enquiry. Please allow us to explain how the Apple shipment will be sent from China to Malaysia.
"Apple will sent few hundreds of shipment in bulk which each and every shipment will hold it's own Waybills. During custom clearance, officer need to break the bulk shipment to go through one by one for approval and duty confirmation, then it will be sent to Service Centre for segregation based on the destination".
At this juncture based on our tracking information, the shipment is on hold for customs clearance checking's. DHL is now in contact with Apple designated Agent in Malaysia to obtain the relevant paperwork for further clearance process.
Having said above , we are unable to confirm on the actual delivery date or time for your shipment.
