The other day I was cleaning 2 of my marimos. After squeezing the water out of them I let them float on the surface and sink down on their own..
In an hour, 1 sank to a spot behind my filter and a plant, which is near a corner. The other marimo was still floating so I went to sleep, when I woke up the marimo has sank next to the other one.

Amazing how these 2 marimo of mine always pair together after I clean them and drop them back in the aquarium, must be some kind of relationship between them lol.

With fish is ok, but with turtle, turtle basically will eat whenever it able to bite something and their eating period very continuous brows.gif Guppies is fine with marimos, but snails, bro, it is a bit dangerous as snail main food is algae and they do breed superb fast, last time I tried out, end up one of my marimo become their sarang! LoL

LuQEE, what is a snail trap?

Edit: Just read an article on that, do you mean to DIY a small trap?

yup much cheaper, but cant eliminate 100%, can be used as a population control though.
attach string to a boiled timun/zuccini, then let it sink in the tank, during the night, you can pull it up back after all those big snails swarming on them
