hi, guys..i'm a newbie and hope u can assist me here..i'm a one piece anime die hard fan..i know about marimo because of one of the character's nickname is marimo (Roronoa Zoro)...it's just a coincidence that after a few years i watch that anime, i try to google how marimo looks like in reality a few days ago...that's how i find out that someone is actually selling this algae in malaysia - leeyung..it's quite a gamble for me cuz i never trust online shopping..ahahha..just after a few minutes i saw the promotion in lelong, i make an order and bank in money the next day...after i read all the comments here..i say to myself "I'm really glad that i get the real, right marimo from the right person".

Not all of the online sellers are guaranteed that their items are in good condition especially the living things...and that's the sole reason why i can't trust online shopping..BTW, thanks to the honest seller - leeyung as i've got the marimos 2 days after the order..ehehe..i'll keep the marimo as good as it should be..i'll add more marimos after i'm pro enough to keep it...

Nice to have another expert z8net over here,  rclxms.gif
Actually marimos are performing photosynthesis with a very low demand of light. During photosynthesis, not a must thta you can see the bubbles because sometime the bubbles (oxygen) are too fine for our eyes. When providing sufficient light and suit temperature, you will eventually see the bubbles wrapping the marimos. Remember, the bubbles are on the surface of marimo, not on the surface of bottle biggrin.gif

if the bubble formed on the surface of bottles?..what does it means?

i think the water condition is ok...i use RO water, cuz if i use pipe water, bubble is formed on the aquarium surface. the aquarium size can fill up until 6.4litre..but i only use about 4litre...the average temperature is about 28-30C..i use JEBO 501 mini filer..
the marimo still in round shape...but the line of pacman getting bigger in the middle of marimo..

my pacman marimo seems to deliver 2 baby marimo already..i found them inside, in the middle of the crack when i'm cleaning them..but soooo small.i decided to separate them as the pacman crack got bigger..don't know what will happen to it..whether it will return back to normal marimo as the baby already separated, or become a carpet..

and my nano marimo seems to peel off a little.i peel off the smaller part cuz it's already too loose with the nano but i maintain the bigger peel part cuz still stick tightly to the nano...are my decisions okay or not??
