Is it worth to get GTX 580 ? How the performance between GTX 460 and GTX 560 ? Now I waiting for the release of Ivy Bridge cause I heard some news that they will release it on end of this year

It depends. GTX580m is not just a higher clock version of GTX485m, it also has different core. However, the price is very high since it has just been released. GTX560m has 10% to 20% improvement from GTX460m.

Next thing imma wait is amd ATI hd 6990m

yep i am predicting it also , i think ATI will come up with 6990M and 6990M CrossFire soon, but i will w8 first to c, IF this 6990M is coming, finally which of this cards i mean 6990M and GTX580M will be more faster, so im gonna replace them with my current 6970M crossFire ! however its useless ! this cards are working awesome !

it has a lot improvements over the 11.6 specially that they have solved the bluscreen problems (mostly with crossfire) and also Improvements over 11.6,
Then new CAP2 11.6 App Profiles Is OUt,
i had BSOD problem before with Alice Madness Returnes and Also Red FAction ArmaGedon, Now Its been solved
final version would be somewhere i guess around next week and also next week they will release app profile and improvements for Crysis 2 DX11 patch . Since currently If u turn on DX11 Enable plus Ultra Settings, the crossFire is not scaling good, the FPS is like a big Wave from 20 to 40 ! lol ! should be ok with releasing the NEW CAP and final version of 11.7...

i am using ipad and macbookair for my outside use, I dun move my demon at all ! so i didnt go to buy a bag, hehe cant really move it, its too heavy ...

GTX 580M is finally here o.o
Core speed and shader speed are faster than GTX 485M and costs extra USD 200 which is more expensive than GTX 485.
Supports Optimus but not sure whether Sager implements it.

From what we know , alienware officially announce their m18x will comes with gtx 580m SLI , sager too since it can be configured.Whereas msi gt780r will comes with gtx 570m , which is basically same thing as gtx 580m but lower memory width and lock of few shader cores

im interested for 580M sli ! but i am have to w8 for now and c what will be the AMD reaction for the codname of BlackBomb XTX which is rumored to be 6990M ! well, no idea yet, but once ATi released their new option, im gonna choose .... but i feel like for once I'd go with Nvidia SLI that wont be bad ! but i'm w8ting for the notebookcheck Bechmarks and how it has improved over the 485M sli performance.
