Question: When it comes to these kind of lappy - Clevo/Sager/Dreambook, how does their body (exterior) compare to normal laptops (dell, acer, asus and such)?

perhaps ! just a think in mind ! haha...my desktop using two GTX480 plus 990x --- i was wondering changing 990x with 970 in np7280 ! but seems much work to do, 970 is enough for a laptop ! looool i guess 990x in np7280 will really drain both power adapters... .

hahahah....! you should be also ! np7280 is not a cheap machine even in basic setting ! but it worth somehow for those who working with CAd and so on, 990x is a real boost up with having SSDs and so on (not for purpose of gaming actually,mostly for programming and so on)...hopefully the price would drop for Extremes at q4 2011 if the new sandy bridge extreme CPU would lunch,...actually, if u check even Notebookreview forum you would notice there are people who are using gtx48m sli plus 990 with aadapter and there are not probles cuz they are not GAMING ! i know with 990x you will need extra adapter anyway for gaming, specially for overclocking , extra adapter may keep the laptop more stable compare with a single adapter, but i just take it becuz perhpas if later i upgrade my desktop to sandy bridge, so i will replace 970 with 990x !   regarding you well noted about 6970m, yes its correct, but there were issues with 6970m crossfire at full load, i saw and i asked it at notebookreview forum and they ok it !with some games like metro 2033 and crysis 2 and many benchmakrs there were power brick issues so even sager websites recmmoneding to user of this cards use the second adapter (offering a cheaper price than normal) to avoid any little issues ! so why not we avoid it !

what is advantage for sticking that carbon fiber exactly ? mabey can find 990x second hand actually somehwere in lowyat ! i'm not sure, i got mine in us for 999$ exactly (original price) - but if u are only gaming its actually useless, its not gonna dd up any noticeable frame to your game ....but its still worth for me having ssd for boosting the speed i love speed ! haha yeah GTX580m ! not sure when they gonna release it, i think now its time to release the low-end cards of this series, like 400 GT or GTS or 500 GT or GTS so on, but they already revealed gtx560m which in not very interesting for us ! 

loool so thats y ! hahaha, i usually sell my laptop to family friends ! hahah better lah they dun care it scratched or what ! haaha, BTW it makes laptop ugly ? i wont like to do that ! haha...but if it wasnt brushed almunum stuff it could be better, i sold my m17x after 1.5 use, it was like pretty new one, still keeping my m15x after 2 year alsmot ! its ok lah ! but yeah previously my Dell and MAckBookAir really destroyed by scratches ! haha

haha our desknot is the most greedy laptop ever ! BTW, if we are having a GTX485m SLI or 6970m Cross plus 12gb ram pushed to 1300mhz plus SSDs and lol 970 or 990x ! as if we really have a desktop but small, however even the mobility of it is so bad!!! i guess, at least sure for 80% performence of these cards in dual mode is equal to GTX570 or 6970 desktop version, so plus the other stuff and having a actuall desktop cpu insted of mobility cpu ! no worry better called Dekstop in small size ) haha no worry to run the games....   i hope i can get i faster ! wanna play The Witcher 2 on maximum settings on bigger screen than 15 inches    all the dream may become tru by np7280    haha ! good - we advertising so much for np7280 , anybody except us? haha

3rd gen carbon sticker looks a bit glossy due to the camera flash reflection. Mine got matte and texture feeling on it

oh i c i c, now i understand about it ..... no i didnt try the prejudice, i used to play guild wars only as online games (MMORPG) now w8ting for second one to be released, i'm nostly FPS shooter online type and single-player , no worry, 485m will support deus ex games, eventhough at highest setting, u may leave the AA off or any other heavy effects, it will be ok, as if you got a GTX460 desktop, so no worry, even can run crysis 2 at maximum setting 1080 at 30 FPS, so no worry for deus ex ! i think sli or cross gonna rock really in this game, currently i've installed the witcher 2 on my m15x but i am more interested to play on wider screen 

yes u have right to be nervous , but dun worry, u will receive it by tomoli ! it took 2.5 month for me to got my m17x ! lol,
