Weh bro the one that tiong you was jerry la, I busy trying to keep up only. sad.gif
So you booked already? Wah future R owner weh, somemore you just changed brakes right? I saw your car at Exquisite. Haha hope you didnt mind, I took a closer look at your cars. Your porshe brake damn big weh haha
*
Not jerry la... the action was heading downhill in karak... what p33yoy cucuk me because he cucuk the EVO until he bored d.... then wait for me to drive pass him and he cucuk me...

Driving up I was damn slow la.... i saw megane playing with p33yoy.... haha.... so i watch show only then this jerry come kacau me... KNN... LOL

MY front brakes are porsches 6 pots, one of the reason that I don't push hard in B roads lately was because of this setup, the car nose dive too much into corners and that is dangerous as it was a little tail-happy and hence, I was scheduled for an operation - upgrade to 4 pots Porsche rear with dodge viper brembo as e-brake (hand-brake) using a bracket that I purchased from several users overseas who has done it successfully. Unfortunately, there was some mix-up and the rotors was not the spec i requested and hence the brake couldn't fit... very sad... should have upgraded the rear to golf R instead.... too much resources wasted to find the 4 pot calipers and now can't use em until i find another set of rotors!! haihz

Having said that, I think you should go change your rims and wheels first bro.... your wheel size not suitable for B-road runs.... if you don't mind me saying that smile.gif

They will pump in the same EO for the GTI. If you do it outside, for example, Exquisite Marques, they use Castrol Edge instead. I have known other GTI owners who use Torco or Liqui Moly as well for their EO.
*
are those better for the 1.4s or overkill and stick to castrol edge 5w40 instead

Hey no worries, I actually feel so too, my rims really Yong sui la haha, thinking of changing to 18" rims, but afraid too heavy. Not sure what's the Atlantas 16" weight like. I heard from Wayne, if change lighter increase hp by +5 much? Not sure la. But I don't know where to source them cheap tho.

Oh I see, I drove down slowly cause my car still had sounds la, but checked already and nothing la. Just scratch underneath la.

And for the brakes I talked to micheal, he said he spent whole day still cannot figure out to fit the brakes. I was wondering why lol. So by using 4 pot on the rear you reduce the tail happiness is it? And the rear can use 2 calipers wan meh? I saw michael trying to fit both on the rear. Was quite surprised.

Settle the rims la bro... your rims now at 16" not light? Got +5hp? hehe.... Slightly heavier feels sluggish loh but you have a better grip than those tiny little 16". I think 17" is nice la... 18" for your car a bit too huge without a map.... cheap rims replica loh... or buy second hand... 17" denvers, VCM got member wanna sell at 2500... brand new rubbers some more... VALUE! smile.gif

Melvin you mean? ya, cause they ordered the wrong rotor loh... that's why! I was a bit upset... haihz... don't wanna talk about it.

Feel your pain there k3v. Even with your 6 pot you needed two extra big buffalos sitting behind to balance out your car so that it doesn't nose dive too much haha.
