U better find a more competent SA with good customer service. Incompetent SA will not help u much especially when they already got your money. This happen to me last time...

At least he should well-versed regarding all the features & specs of the car that he is selling & know well all the necessary procedures needed especially if it involve trade-in. Also, it would be great if he can answer some basic on the technical part of the car & know the estimated date of car arrival. Good SA should also guide & ease their customer in buying a car..not mess them up. Those are some of my own criteria for a good SA..but unluckily, i chose a 'not so good' SA also coz i'm quite rushing last time to book this car

he said it's used when u r riding yr car down from genting or something only need to use..

It's your right anyway to choose your SA. Perhaps u can contact Mr. Zainal as recommended by bro titan-x. Else, u might go a bit further to Penang if u willing to. U can also PM bro shamsul_LP to ask for his recommendation. He's from Kulim also if i'm not mistaken.

No problem at all with the mic above my head..... ppl can still hear me clearly. :-) I am sure Kia has tested and found that there is no problem with the mic in that location. If people cannot hear you then speak louder la

ya lor.. just speak louder will do.. its not something that you need to speak so near. treat it as loud speaker phone. at far also people can hear you
