Just went to have a look on forte.
I was informed that there will only be white and silver available form now onwards since black is "not saleable" according to the SA there.
Still considering on whether to get it or not.
Is the price for this car standard or is there any dealers that you guys can recommend that will give us some promo? biggrin.gif
Thanks.

har? impossible they will only make white and silver available, maybe less units for black is understandable but not totally no more black or other colours such as red. dont believe what this SA say, sounds like probably the SA telling you not to take black because take longer time to get the stock so it'll be more troublesome for him/her to settle/finish your "case".

yes .. recently i just bought one 1.6 sx version of forte and the black color is not quickly availble. If you willing to wait for it pls make sure you check the validity of your approved loan, if you have applied. If not then you just have to get the SA to save one for you when it is availble but in most cases that will be impossible to be done....

Black is available but with less stock... so you need to be quick next time..

Sample for low quality carpet......

Added on June 19, 2011, 10:11 amGetting Saimatkong's type will be better...
Carpet won't last long, so choose wisely.... My type can last me for 3 months only while SMK's can last atleast 2-3 years... Comparing them based on driver side.....

laugh.gif i dont sense anything but a joker making fun of himself for not getting the facts right...

doh.gif

reason being, there are only 3 types of coil mat in the market, first the china type quality, and secondly, the local type, which is the type that he supposely say can last 2 or 3 years, and another also local quality but its Yuma, which comes with 2 years warranty thumbup.gif

so, i did not know that based on photo, we can differentiate whether it is local or china type , maybe we haven reach bro kyheng level yet whistling.gif

so just to conclude, your so call better quality type is actually the same as what most seller here are selling with the only diff that it comes with a heel pad ... thumbup.gif

if you are selling, would you mind selling me a piece, i would like to buy it from u, and since you say can last 2 to 3 years, so would you be giving me er, not too much a year warranty would do laugh.gif

Guys, any Forte owner who did the front tint at CannyCool? It looks a little greenish to me. Is it really because of our front windshield has green hue? I actually saw the film by itself has green hue.

Every showroom got their allocated colors..... Some have left stocks that they need to push out... That's the reason they give excuse.....
And sometime they even don't have 2.0 for test drive....

got my chance to test drive the 2.0 juz now.. it's juz a short drive and the funny thing is.. they juz take a new car n put temporary plate n off we go... doh.gif
cant really test out the car much since it's like 10 mins rounding nearby the kulim area..

the price is 97.8k and salesman say no discount/etc.. only will give the kia logo, door visor/etc.. sad.gif

but the salesman say they have ready stock for all color except for red n black.. hmm.gif

then he got mention about tinting voucher or somethin.. i say if i get the car, i'll tint it myself..
then he said if i do this. it will void the warranty... rclxub.gif
anyone can verify this?

nonsense. tinting will never void any car's warranty..i think he is saying that so that you can use the tint voucher and he will get commission from the shop. This is just standard text-book scare tactics to get in more money, i suggest you do NOT deal with this SA and deal with someone else. This SA is not trustworthy at all.

hi shadow,
which shop u went? beside nasmir?
regarding the tinting: that is just ridiculous... no way put tint will void our warranty... (unless if during installation, poor workmanship damage any part of your car which i think most probably will not happen) smile.gif

this will void the warranty/etc... sweat.gif

btw.. i wen to the nissan showroom too to check out the livina 1.8..
pricewise, almost same with forte 2.0.. interior, a bit basic... not really my liking..
