i'm stuck quite a long time at factoryfs.rfs when im trying to flash ezbase as suggestion on post #4..is it normal?
should i wait for more?

edit. lately, my goatrip 1.8 been givin prob. apps force close and stuff. tried wipe cache / dalvik still occurs. thus thinkin of upgrading to jvh goatrip. but. aduh! huhu

what do you guys usually do: move all your apps to phone memory or internal SD?

if we restore with Titanium Backup, not every apps will be moved to phone memory. do you guys notice this?

what happen if we don't move those apps back to phone memory?

try to update to ezbase rom as per instruction. but got stuck on factoryfs.rfs until then try to pulll out battery and dang! the fon wont even turn on now.

well suppose you have to wait, sometimes it can take a long time though. if you still can go to download mode via the 3 combo button, then reflash back to any offical rom. then you'll be fine again.

i've been waiting for 4 hours i wont moving. Then i tried to remove my battery. How possibly can i enter the download mode when i cant even turn it on. Hope u can help me.

try to press the power+home+volume down to get to the dwload mode. wait for like 5-10 sec like that, if its appear than you'll be okay. try to check also when you plug in charger, is the battery icon appear? well the worst case can happen probably you just have to send to samsung center. fyi, sgs is kinda hard to be bricked, report back if its okay again.

ok. manage to enter download mod now. Which one is the official rom to flash back then?

I'm going to try Fugumod Bleeding Edge. Any advice I should know before I flash it?

pls guide me how to downgrade from Darky rc6 to stock froyo 2.2

use the guide in the fist page. go to ezbase 2.0 first. remember to disable lag fix for safety.

latest for south east asia is dxjpe (2.2). the phone will start lagging in no time, not mentioning about GPS problem.

odin flashing can be a hit it or miss. since the size of the bootloader is very small, chance of bricking is extremely small as well. as long as you can enter download mode, you are fine.

if you have cwm in recovery mode, you can try skipping dxjpe and flash any custom froyo/gb rom. if got problem, you'd have to use ezbase.

flash ezbase 2.0.

dont worry bro as long as u can enter download mode then u are safe. yesterday i thought i brick my phone too. the odin show me fail then check only realise phone section i put pda.tar.lol. some more i flash with bootloader. really scare my shit out. haha.

ezbase 2.0 or 3.0

ezbase 2.0 for froyo - flash this if you are going to flash froyo custom rom later.

ezbase 3.0 for gingerbread - flash this if you are going to flash gb custom later.

both version files can be downloaded from the same thread.
