Neo Damansara has strength and weakness as well compared to MSQ. (I say this not just because I own a unit, but from a independant perspective)
Strength
- Nearer to curve (at least no need to cross main road). 15 min walk and also nearer to the new MRT
- Better view of the curve (for units facing the curve). MSQ view is blocked by Ritze 2 and Neo
- Better maintenance based on the maintenance of the shoplot below.
- Its the private arm development of Mustapha Kamal. (means that more TLC is given compared to a public listed co like MK land where its own by so many other parties including public)
- More access roads compared to MSQ. (no need do U turn)
- Built on more stable soil. (at least not on the slopes of the mountain like MSQ). Later might have problems with cracks, etc.
Weakness
- Unit are smaller in size
- Over supply( since its competing not only with itself but also Ritz 1 & 2)
- Expensive persqft (compared to MSQ, Ritze 1 & 2)
- Even if maintenance better than MSQ, may not be top notch compared to Surian residenace etc and will suffer occasional breakdown etc.
- small facilities (compared to MSQ)
