Paradigma parent company is Emkay. Yes they had some issues but so far for Neo, it was handle by the other management team..

Bdw, my interest is on Kidzania. Sounds promising. cool.gif

Completed liao... now clearing up rubbish before grand opening later in the months. However, the McD in the building is really opening soon.

It's location is the former McD opposite The Curve. he building has an AirAsia plane coming out from the building and is visible from Tesco.

sold out soon, only left 54 units (more are bigger unit). promotion finish already and after launch will increase RM10k++ per unit.


Added on May 27, 2011, 3:07 pmi paid the 10% downpayment.
my unit:
1) 421 sf,
2) RM0.35/sf maintanance fee,
3) free 1 packing
4) RM8,000 discount,
5) free s&p and loan agreement,
6) free 1 no water heater.

Ya, phase 2.
i like Neo layout more then Ritze 2. (Ritze 2 the bath is in the mid, make the space small), Neo layout like hotel i like it.

I am considering the 470sf unit....the agent told me the new phase 2 were sold out like hot cakes
but wondering why there hasn't been much ppl discussing about this property...could it be most of them are flippers? blink.gif

bcoz 470sqft is 2 small...

apartment getting smaller nowdays, however the price keep increasing. cant imagine, a family with two or three child to live in 470sqft area..

The main selling point for Neo is for its location being the most strategic in the Mutiara/Damansara Perdana area with the nearest access to the future MRT and the curve. Hence, the launching price in terms of RM persf is the most expensive at this point of time.

Just went and check out their sales office yesterday. 90% of the units has been sold out.
Remaining are only some 421sf units @4th floor and those 800++ sf units which are selling @ 520-560k

I think there won't be much flippers since the developer requires 10% upfront as the downpayment for booking.
Unlike other housing launches, most of the time the booking payment is only 2-3% where many flippers would take the early bird opportunity to book the units early and then sell it to other buyers with an additional premium.
Therefore, I assume most of the buyers are genuine investors.

ED & EC doesn't allocate any parking and the residents would need to rent carpark every month.
At least Neo has allocate one parking for each unit.
