new tenant in Neo Damasara here, why the eletricity so fcking expensive over here?
Only 1 fridge and sometime on the tv and aircond, the bills are average RM240 per month.
zzz studio only leh.... even I stayed empire before doesnt hit RM200.

3 rooms no rental market here... compared to studios... which very fast took up and rental price holding there strongly as well... alot tenant burnt deposit cancel tenancy and found a new tenant before used up the previous deposit... haha

the plot is on commercial land. Electric is like those of Corporate office building or shopping mall lor....not sure the Empire City ...might be the same.
