my equipment...
1. Victor BS 09 - awesome doubles racket... easy defense, easy smash, easy clearing and end to end play is so easy... and smashes are pretty decent.... my overall playing racket
string: bg 66 27lbs

2. Victor SW 36 - best smashes generator and control slightly better than bs 09... if fully offensive
string: ashaway zymax 67 27 lbs
but i could be wrong.. just played with the bs 09 once... haha... will try again this week

interesting, before i used to play with 4U racket, but dont generate enough power while attacking, maybe my arm is too weak tongue.gif
would want to try bs09/bs12 as my brother wanted to buy one happy.gif

Better get your eyes off BS series as all of them generally feels light. SW series would have the 'full body' weighted feel.

Racquet made of cement. The cement technology + racquet weight 2049529035802938509 gram ftw! *Trolling in the deep*

Theoretically,
SW37 should be better in smash/attk because of the AERODYNAMIC technology,
BS09 should be better in defense/fast because of the SWORD technology.

I can't say which is better however I own a sw37 and it is a very good racquet ^^

sword technology more aerodynamic than SW aerodynamic frame. but paint chips much more easily.

SW got e-titanium, supposedly more power in smashes. considering that ti10, fz forza ti550, li ning tp series rackets all have strong smashes, i am inclined to believe that there is some truth to it. faster frame recovery upon hitting or something. and inner waves technology, lengthens the string by a bit so the trampoline effect is stronger, hence more power. my gosen power cavity also does the same thing, the grommet at 3 and 6 o clock part of the frame is double grommet, the frame itself doesnt support the grommet on the inside of the frame.

but other brands put their strings around the frame, no grommets. carlton prototype for example.

dont really care much though nowadays. as long as it feels nice i just use. even though my wish nano force is cheap ass and i dont even know what fancy named technology it uses, its a nice racket to use. laugh.gif

Ultimately... it mostly depends on technique and footworks. Then racquet + string...
If technique not right, no matter good the racquet is also won't produce a good smash like what happened to me last time blush.gif

haha i have both (sw 36 n bs 09)...and i really like both.... the bs lyd seems tempting... bcoz its rated slightly stiffer then bs09 and head heavier... so it might just be the racket im looking for... still need to jive with my bs09.. still very new ... haha will know after playing 10hrs+ with it.. on how suitable is the racket
