My wrist hurts every time after I played, is there any suggestion that you guys could provide ?

ps: I'm still learning and wanted to get an entry level racket, prefer better smashing, could you guys recommend a racket as well? Within RM200. Thanks in advance

Yeah its the standard discount. If you're getting the bag, do get the national team bag yellow/red, quite striking and the material is real high quality.
It could be your technique, perhaps you snap your wrist too much without proper pronation for overhead shot. Or the racket might be heavy too, but I suspect the culprit would be the former. And better smashing comes from proper technique as well. But if I have to recommend, do look for Apacs Tantrum 200, it has alot of positive reviews.

I went to proshuttle few days ago and the staff recommended me lining UC3100 for RM259 with bag and string. Isit a good deal? Actually I'm looking for a racket within the price range rm150-250, I like smashing and don't mind sacrificing a little bit of control, which racket would you guys recommend or recommend me places that I could get racket at the cheapest price? smile.gif

Let me know as well as I also wanted to learn whats the actual difference between good and bad rackets. Cant differentiate via judging from reviews alone, have to test out if you guys have the rackets and allow me to try haha smile.gif Btw, will be in kampung this week, next week start joining tongue.gif

Rojak beginner. Actually you can drop by tomorrow night 9.30pm at court 4, we should be having friendly match if the opponent decided to play as they havent confirmed anything yet, so that gives you rough idea how do we play. If the friendly match is cancelled, lets join us then  smile.gif

UC series is medium flex, should be ok to assist you to get extra swing speed if you dont have the arm or wrist. Good thing about buying from Proshuttle is, they will do their best with warranty claim whatever happens to your racket, I've seen several rackets cracked due to clashing yet they get new ones for replacement.

Do you play in Proshuttle ?

Edit : Btw just now went to Suntex Sports, they have SHB92MX size 12 going for RM230, should I or should I not  hmm.gif

Don't choose shoes based on the specs and price, choose the one that you feel good when you're trying it, comfortness comes 1st when it comes to shoes(IMO). Try to think the time during 80's, when Misbun Sidek was still our national player, they were wearing sports shoes which is similar to current gen school shoes and yet, they are still able to play well. I'm not saying that shoes are not important, just choose the right one without based on the features like IGS. If possible, try on both side of each models with your eyes closed and feel them! Choose the pair that you have most 'feeling' with it smile.gif Just my two cents, forgive me if I'm too rude. Cheers smile.gif

Now we do have Lim Khim Wah and Goh V Shem who defeated Lee Yong Dae at 21-11 o.O LEE YONG DAE MAN! Double wise, we do you have Goh V Shem pairing Lim Khim Wah and TBH pairing Hoon Thien How, so basically we do not have to worry for doubles. For single, next match would be Darren Liew vs Kenichi Tago, we all know what's going to happen smile.gif
