Anti rust is at the bottom, the missing black thingy is supposed to be the rubberized undercoat, to protect the bottom part from stone chips.... important? nice to have but is it another proton cost cutting measure? probably... and yes, there is such a thing as transparent anti rust liquids and coats... try Google...

Hmm but if u say the sa duno then his boss is telling lie? Cos tat day my sa just came out from meeting room. He present this issue of no antirust, his boss said its from the main hq saying dun have not just simply say

Bro, check your supplier again.... other suppliers oredi selling em (use Google), perfect fit for Ins and LGT... only diff is its upside down for Inspira vs LGT, so they actually fit both models...

And yes, its lighted when on lights and brighter when press brakes, or u can use as rear DRL but u lose the brighter brake function...
