dear madara2014, seems that you are one of the victim overthere. same here with my situation, but not really me. friend of mine, working with Aeon in 1 dept, processing I guessed. Always go home late, the earliest is 6pm like they said. The late one is 8.30pm if not mistaken. Yes, probably they are among the highest turn over.

For who it may concern,

I will like to lodge a complaint about your staff that keep calling to chase for payment.

First of all,

Aeon should check clearly that I am a customer for at least more than 3 years and from the start until now I made my payment ON TIME before due date. I understand if they call me to inform that the date of payment or even message me. But this kind of call stopped for a year ago. Recently it comes back again and keep on calling to chase me for payment. I would like to say is every time they called using NO CALLER ID number and i was working unable to answer the call. So I received the message of asking me to pay before June of 2nd. OK fine i accept that. BUT still they non stop calling, the problem is today is only 30th of May and they dare until called to my office to chase me make payment by TODAY! Then what for the message that sent to me that said due date is June 2ND ? Does it make any sense ? I am very unsatisfactory about what you all did to me. Luckily the phone call is answer by me, what if answer by other colleague? Did you all know that is going to spoil a person reputation to other? This make other to think i owe someone money and do not wish to pay. And again i never delay payment for AEON CREDIT SERVICE after any due date you all provided! How could you all treat a loyal customer with this kind of action.

What i need you all to do is STOP calling me to CHASE me make any payment AGAIN ! Thing that you all did to me today if going to happen again i will consider to make further action. Please take noted!

Your target is actually among lowest between most bank and credit financing company. Do u just wait for customer to walk in and apply? Try be more proactive. Market and advertise ur product online or in newspaper. I sell personal loan tiger bank the past 5 years. Its among the easier product to sell really compared to insurance or credit card. Don't u exchange customer leads among your other friends in bank sales?

Actually there's reason why Aeon prefer to approve lower amount of loan. They prefer to loan to small income ppl salary less than 2 - 2.5k per month. The kind of customer most bank won't entertain for a personal loan. They are in a business with very few competitor actually. Selling personal loan is all about marketing and advertising for the customer to come look or u bro.

Do not believe what the wonderful and beautiful story they informed during interview. It is not true at all. If the company so good why the staff turn over rate so high?

Do not blame the staff because they also being force to call if want blame please blame the stupid management. We are being pressure day to day to call the customer, if not meet the target we will get "FOCK" by manager because they gave the ridiculous target to meet so we have no choice in order to meet the target...

Yes, your statement is true. Let me explain this;

1. AEON does not allow their service to be advertised online. The manager told me from the first day I get into the office.
2. Yes, they prefer low income ppl with the minimum salary around RM800. BUT, I never get any of my customers with income below 1k to get approval. Last time I got a customer with monthly salary of RM4k but only got approved RM2k loan.. (commitment 30%)
3. The approval rate is getting lower day by day, your monthly target getting higher month by month.
4. When AEON conducting an event, wherever it is, you have to go with your own money. They don't pay any penny for your travel cost. Yep, you can claim your travel cost but you need to achieve their target.
5. The commission is very low. You better go promote streamyx/unifi/maxis fibre stuff with one application not less than RM150 commission.

These is the worst company I've been to. My advise to you guys especially to freshie out there, NEVER apply for any position in this company. why ?

1) starting salary 2020,
2) ot 5:50/hour, so no matter how much ur ot, end of the day ur net salary will not even exceeds 2k
3) close monitoring which means ur performance will be recorded every hour and if you fails to achieve ur target, you'll be consult (scold) by ur superior
4) NO career growth unless you've been there for at least half decade
5) work pressure very high, normal working hour is 9 to 9 (they amend this policy recently due to high turn over rate)

This is Japanese company, so what they do is, they pay u less and at the same time squeeze u to the max. They are not worry if candidates reject their offer coz they understand our market very well.

Malaysia is one with the highest unemployment rate, so for one candidate reject their job offer, they will still hundreds more waiting in queue. So forget it if you think you can bargain your salary. well the most hurting part is that while we are being squeeze, these japanese Pig's on the other hand, can take their time enjoy a drink at starbucks, chatting and laughing and getting high salary.

If you don't believe me, you can go to olymphia building and see it urself, try to approach if you see any aeon staff smoking outside the building, ask them urself and you'll know im telling the truth.

Recently heard there are 2 managers from CAD quarrel very loud during office hour briefing like presenting monkey show to all staff . Unreasonable pressure and over work demanding make people mad and crazy. A lot of staff resigned from CAD. So if anyone want to apply a job at Aeon Credit please think million of times.

Anyone that got any offer from this shit company please don't go exspecially IT DEPT . I will confirm that you will 100% regret but if you are fresh graduate please take the challenge.

i have 6 years experience with my previous company and before i leave they tried to counter offer my salary follow Aeon salary but i refuse it and accept the offer because of :
-international company
-good pay (rm 4.9k for normal working hour )
-japanese working ethic.
-financial institute that im never work before.
-the IT Manager told me they have 140 staff for IT only. (WOW)
-you have 5-6 team member in your dept. (WOW)
-and the benefit and bla bla bla bal f***ing shit promises.

my bad experience just for 4 month.

IT DEPT f***ing shit working ethic.

-im never see before that server room that in mess condition (terrible)
-use normal fan to reduce hot ( WTF )
-system not stable due to lack of technology.
-when you propose to upgrade, Don't worry they never will agreed that anything you propose.
-team mate just 1 person only (WTF). in interview session claimed that have 5-6person.
-no training or T.O.T from existing staff. task too many work but you have no training and they will push you to solve it as soon as posible. (WTF).
-staff not friendly.
-staff turn over very high. ( HR person when interview session left the company after 3 week im joining ).
-need to come early and settle all ticket stay back
-Your Super f***ing shit IT manager will ask you to do wrong work but u must follow that . then when new problem come u will kena tiaw back.

Please don't go to this company offer. try to search other company 1st. Trust me this company had 500 new staff per week to replace staff that resign.
