Why does most of the people need to OT there?
1. Sudden requirements from top management with no proper planning. 2. Stupid rules that hinder your job further. 3. Fire fighting everywhere due to 2 above. 4. Politics for my department is very bad. Basically it's caused by top down approach. I'll give you a good example. Management targets 6 new branch openings in 2 months time. Timeline is super tight. Delays caused by first party who should get the basic infrastructure ready. Delay snowballs from there. Second party and so on caused further delays. As long as this culture is practiced, people retainment will be close to zero. In the end, it's the lower peasants who suffer. That is why most people chose to leave. If you asked me, of all the jobs I have worked before, I would rather sit home doing nothing. The money, is not worth it. |

Wow...i went for interview through a job agency. Its a high level position. The interview wasnt good. They keep asking questions like why i leave previous company. Gave me a feeling the want staffs who sticks to a company. I already suspected this before and did ask the agency whether this position have high turnover but was said no.
Now that i read this. I am now sure it is a hogh turnover position. Cause one of their highlight is asking how to retain staffs and high turnover. Lol....luckily the rejected me. Not really interested anyway cause the interviewer seems a bit corky. |

QUOTE(WannaGetBuffed @ Dec 31 2013, 06:38 PM) Why does most of the people need to OT there? The main cause is the top management. They are just sitting there and see the results every month every year and do not care what the hell happen behind them. The poor top management will lead the poor management style to all the levels. Better do not apply any job or accept any offer if not sure you will 100% regret.1. Sudden requirements from top management with no proper planning. 2. Stupid rules that hinder your job further. 3. QUOTE(max_cavalera @ Apr 27 2014, 01:12 PM) anyone from aeon sales line? could you share your sales target commission structure and your basic pay? RM1800-RM200 depends on your experience. Sales target is RM75k - RM120k depending on your branch manager. You will never achieve the target since most personal loan approval are less than RM10k. One awhile u got business owner which have more than 100k income, you will get loan approval about RM20k. Seriously, they give you ridiculous target to achieve. |
