QUOTE(MrJinggles @ May 8 2011, 06:42 PM) Search the trade section or read ClieOS' impression carefully. He stated the price in USD haha whoops. missed that the first time. http://forum.lowyat.net/AudioRelatedAccessories QUOTE(CoolBoy89 @ May 8 2011, 08:39 PM) Using Denon AH-D1001, it seems to fit ur requirements. Lightweight, portable, extremely comfortable(I can wear it for 3-4 hours without any fatigue).. It's also a good all-rounder headphones. I listen to almost every types of songs and they sound good in most of the songs. haha that's interesting. doesnt look as nice as the FA-004 though. and twice the price. hmmm..Give it a try. EDIT: Forgot to mention that they pair really good with Hippo Box+. So u don't have to worry finding a new amp for it and i dont own a Hippo Box+ YET. and good thing too, since the E11 is almost out. haha This post has been edited by nabzblitz: May 8 2011, 10:28 PM |

hey guys, is it worth to spend on beats by dr.dre solo hd,
to use with my ipod and laptop? or i could get something much better within the budget? i like the design but i didnt hear much good sound review from it. + im more toward sound quality, comfortable & portability. do you think dr.dre solo HD can fulfill the requirement? and do you know where can i try and test it? been lurking around apple store but never see them put beats by dre to be test by customers. will get this masterpiece soon when my allowance was given.. |

QUOTE(hexion @ May 9 2011, 01:19 AM) i've tried the Beats Studio HD. not worth the price, seriously. and i doubt the Solo is any better.eventhough ironically, the Beats were responsible for bringing me into the audiophile world. hahahaha when i first discovered it early last year i was like "WHOAAHH MUST SAVE UP TO BUY THIS BEAUTIFUL THING!" then i tried it and i was disappointed to say the least. and yeah you can probably find better IEMs around that budget. and i don't like IEMs so that's not a biased opinion. haha This post has been edited by nabzblitz: May 9 2011, 01:46 AM |

QUOTE(hexion @ May 9 2011, 02:45 AM) For its price yes, but I suggest you try them out yourself to see if you like it's sound signature. Just because many people like it does not necessarily mean you will too. Just speaking from past experience. |

We can’t speak for Dr. Dre’s personal sonic preferences, but his music sounded superior to our ears through the On Ear Wangs than his own Beats Solo HD. - Jeremy Horwitz ( Editor-in-Chief, iLounge ) iLounge on Fanny Wang vs Dre's Solo HD |
