Hey guys,

Its been a long time since i posted here, and its V8 already! Congratulations!!

Now, I need some help from you guys. Can you recommend me a good image ghosting software?Same function like Alien Respawn, but not from Alienware?

My problem that I can't used Alien Respawn is my HD crashed a few months ago, and I already got a new HD. Though, with this new HD, I don't have the Factory Installed Image on the HD, so it makes me using Aliwn Respawn a moot point as it needs that to run.

Any Suggestion?

Can Acronis create a DVD or image that can boot when the PC starts?

Can it just apply the image/replace back everything, to an empty HD?

Or does it need windows installed first then to run the software to replace everything?

Cause i'm looking for a solution where I just put the disk into my drive, boot into it, run the program inside and Voila! My pc is back to the state where I recorded it.

Yup, it can create a bootable ISO, after boot into that, you can just browse for the Image file you created, either saved on the DVD itself or external HDD or internal HDD..

No need Windows if you use the bootable disc.

Hi guys, just wanted to know if you guys know of any shops that can fix my problem. I dropped my Alienware m11x once and now the hinges are faulty. The screen/ cover is very floppy/ flimsy now and I can't really close the cover properly. Any idea where I can fix this? Thanks!

OMG thanks bro for the sharing!

But instead of trying with ATi HD5870, better go straight to ATi HD6970 and above! rclxms.gif

If power supply allows,,, GO FOR IT! Assuming that the M17x-R1 has better cooling than the M15x then the Dual ATI 6990s would be great, but considering power issues etc, its best to start with 6970 smile.gif Then the fallen shall RISE Again... muahahaha *evil laugh* ..... thumbup.gif

Bro upgrading pain weh! To upgrade 2 cards of 6990 I think Rm3k, to dual 6970 prolly rm2.5k.

Plus also the procedure is still new and not widely tested. Except for the M15x mod which has been tested with both 6970,6990 but not yet with the 580m.
