but the point i against on kelvin is he said 99%+1% of garage sales seller are selling refurbish,his statement is not fair for other Dell dealer ( as they sell ori set), and may mislead ppl~

imaging if some buyer wanna look for cheaper price dell laptop in garage sales, but after he saw kelvin"s statement, he may faint out rite?perhaps , i might say not every one like refurbish set ..

After flashing my bios from A03 to the latest A07..
now my dedicated graphic not working.. when turn on computer access to the password the screen goes blank..
Only can access it through the integrated graphic.. help...

U can flash back to a03 bios n try?

can i change the nameplate on my m14x? When i ordered online, there's option to customize the nameplate. i write my own name on it. but when i got the laptop, there's only M14X written on the plate.

well as a buyer, for me i dont really mind refurbished set but tell it beforehand though.
