I'm thinking of changing from Nokia N8 to Galaxy S2 once its out.

Since I can see Xperia Arc on your signature list, in terms of display and display under direct sunlight, what do you say between Xperia Arc and S2?

Some the review site is quoting that Arc is having advance camera feature but S2 Camera settings is easy to be used, may we have your say on this?

Went to Lowyat and asked samsung people... they said maxis will get it exclusively.....

i dont c maxis site advertising it at all.......

this is what i heard..even if it reach malaysia..maxis is the one getting on it first..

duh, maxis always gets the damn samsung 1st, sgs, nexus s.

they will also get the exclusive rights to tab 10.1 for 45 days.

Sh*t, that's more than 1 month.
Hope they can slap on a good price tag for this one.
I had a bad feeling after watching how they price the Nexus S.

Cannot comment yet on the SGS S II but the Arc do display better viewing under sunlight compared to my other Androids. The difference is however not significant. I am not a camera guy and I only point and click using default settings . But I do agree with the reviews that the Arc camera and video recording do look better than my other Androids I have used. I'd also say the camera/video recording is the ARC selling points besides its design.

Other than this, the ARC performance wise is just ordinary, nothing spectacular. However the SGS II can do 1080p recording which is a lacking feature in the Arc. The recent reviews at electric.pig.co.uk of the actual retail set seems very positive on the SGS II capabilities

You sure you want to buy them outright w/o contract?
Their RRP is always ridiculously high.

If it exclusive for maxis, prepare your money around 2.7-2.8k if you want to buy w/o contract....

I do have to inform you that the selling price of sgs2 in korea is much cheaper then the 1st sgs by rm400 if converted from korean won.

It will be cheaper. most likely its 2.5k.
