If l recall correctly, one of the outlets in front of GSC BTS (not the one in border) and one at first world shopping mall had been closed down.

Really hope it doesn't happen here. Few years back a property guru says you should leverage loans at least MYR 3 Million on property. I think many followed his advice. Man this is scary.

The coffee bean of first world outlet (same row with the KRoger shoplot) also tutup kedai d...left the only one at Resort hotel. Not sure why First world shopping area got both Starbucks and Coffee Beans closed down.....better coffee in casino?

Did anyone visited Da Men recently, why the mall is so quiet and empty, only few ppl inside during weekends, is it due to poor traffic or bad economy? But midvalley and one utama are stiff booming business ...

not wise. Only 40%+ occupancy. If lagi go locked out the tenant shop may Drop to 20% shop only open maybe? Even look jialat kosong right? Pav Should provide free rental or give big cut rental.

Putrajaya alamanda jialat Liao. Now need to give big big price rental cut to tenant to retain them to stay. Ioi city mall very beat kaw alamanda upside down.

i duno how to explain liao... there is no fixed rent per month. their rent is 40% of the sales of the month. add variable costs like maintenance and electricity etc. so if their sales is 1k in jan pav reit gets rental of 400. hope this is clear enough.

and again this is just a rumour i heard. i dont know true or not.

is alr more kosong than anyone expected for big brand management. free rental also dunno can survive anot. staff and stock? if fnb food spoil how?

If true, that's not fair to those low profit margin shops. e.g. a Kopitim shop might have mthly sales of RM50,000 vs kosmetic shop with only RM5,000 mthly sales. The low profit margin kopitim shop need to pay RM20,000 rental while the high profit margin kosmotic shop pays only RM2,000 rental.
