F&B outlets will suffers the most in a kosong mall.. the food items/ingredients are perishable items which cannot be kept for a long period of time. They will throw the ingredients away or keep the ingredients till it become.... until then good luck to the ppl who dine at these shops sweat.gif

In popular mall like sunway pyramid, on top of monthly rental, landlord takes a % of sale also from f&b outlets.

Not many people. LG (with the numerous food stalls/trucks) and The Canteen(4th fl) got some people. The rest -- quite bare. Gong Cha RM2 promotion (choice of 2 drinks - U can buy 1 each) - got people buying, but no Q.

2 hours for 3 days for 2 types of drink. And Gong Cha calls it Opening Promotion. Surely Gong Cha can do better than this.
