DM nothing much to attract students - no skating ring, no cinemas, etc. Starbucks in Sunway Pyramid is crowded.

Indeed. No attractions for youngsters to go to DM. Pyramid has fast food outlets, cafes, cinema, bowling alley, skating rink etc etc.. If i was still a student also, carpool with friends and go to Pyramid to hang out.

gg mall ~ at least must have cinema ,fast food store , book shop and big big IT store or havey norman to attract ppl ~

i think sometimes the performance of a mall relies a lot on location n catchment. this is the second failed mall under pavreit team. after pav, the team havent show any impressive record so far. hope they wont mess up pavillion bukit jalil....

Sunwai is the other one hit wonder..Heck klcx 2nd mall in putrajaya also declining...

Damen today got 12 ppl fr lunch despite mid occupancy office tower n 5000-6000 students in seji kolej next door..
