Digital Mall nt doing well after MP is opened, hardly go there except for Pappa Rich.

MP doing very well I would say, OC so so only, have not got the chance to see their DG supermarket.

Summit's biz as usual, neither here nor there.

Depend on what tenants DM is going to be bring in. The retailers understand very well whats the market sentiment and the mall fatigue now , so branded tenants mostly have an upperhand now. So it is going to be very expensive for the DM to bring in those branded tenants ( in term of low rent and probably subsidies) , are DM willing to take a hit on p&l to secure them in short term in the hope that human traffic could rise and justify future increment or they prefer to wait and see? We shall see.

Pavi REIT's purchase of DM is still conditional, so maybe by Q1 2016 when it is confirmed, they may bring in the same branded tenants from Pavi to lease units that are still untenanted?

low chansi la.. if high end tenants wana go in they would have signed up beforehand & MOST importantly will only accept prime lots in high footfall area..

Whats left here are many many lots in the higher floors..good names would avoid these floors n their best chansi would be to bring in those B grade tenants.

side note, this mall got 6 or 7 floors? if 7 means 70k nla only per floor.. Hope the fnb here can do well as I predict!
