FnB should do well quite well with its frontage exposure. I think it will end up like another Atria, not bad grocer , not bad FnB, but very boring shopping scene with only one or two grade A tenants at odd with other remaining lower grade retailers.

fashion here much btr than atria...oksa first time mall operator n never offer any free fit out n 1 yr rental etc thts why only end up MNG n associated brands or nt can bring in more tenants like paradigm did..

sadly many fashion shops u see in those average performing malls may only make small profit if nt loss..

Max also I thnk 5th floor only, dont think it is as high as 7th floor. Bro, maybe the prime lots still not taken up leh?

Thats on the assumption that pav reit deal go thru. As at now global oriental is no better than osk in term of reputation and experience to get the desired tenants as well as management capability.

From grd level it's a 5 storeys mall with a basement LG. Total 6 levels in the mall.

this side of usj got gym ah? i think can do Ok with many students n residents around..

Any other shopowner here rented out their unit? hope the shops can be rented out sooner to further enhance the proposition of the mall/area

Any taikos and taiches here can help to look for tenant - for the 5 storey shop office. Preferably single tenant for entire block la. easier for me to handle. haha.
