rent is expensive i supposed
but they need higher profile tenants there, perhaps a mega supermarket known as Pasaraya Rakyat 1Msia... hahaha bring in a medical centre operator will be good also |

agreed....should invite some big brands like giant, jusco, grocer village or house depot etc to be there...so the crowd will start coming in
