simple, KH8668 buy for investment , not for his own stay... he just wan earn much from rental... not he go to stay there...so basically he not care about health but just the ROI and.....FREEHOLD this word is attacting him...ekekeke....

freehold is one thing.. residential title summore is even better.. BUY BUY BUY mode..

so far their diamond residence and diamond regency at jln gombak no issue except for high maintainance cost la..

but i buy it for live........cement factory ok or not???

if live or stay... buy Semarak/ Penaga is much more better...

Cutealex is right, Raintree side is more condusive for own stay. Not to mention the excellent limestone hill view there.

For investment, depending on the price to "negate" the major con of cement plant..

eh.....price was increase to RM 219k (min)

Time for everyone to stop calling the developer, many calls = hot
At 200k, can consider.
220k, hafta consider even harder ..
