BUY BUY BUY mode..so far their diamond residence and diamond regency at jln gombak no issue except for high maintainance cost la.. |

Cutealex is right, Raintree side is more condusive for own stay. Not to mention the excellent limestone hill view there.
For investment, depending on the price to "negate" the major con of cement plant.. |
