Agree bro, that's the reason why we need to open eyes wide, and read the feedbacks regularly..in order not to get cheated with bootlegs. Thus far no issue with all my eBay purchases..eBay Malaysia has alot of bootleg sellers..

I now buy from only one other supplier other than de established companies..

Lookin at my records.. I hv bought almost 400 bds from tis one chappie now n only one incident..

If u find a trusted seller, then its not so bad..

Just want to ask some advice. I understand that if we limit the value of our our package to below RM500, there will not be any custom tax.

What if I have a number of pre-orders, from different Amazon which the value of these combine parcels are above RM500 and they could be reaching on the same time - as the estimated date stated is the same week! It may or may not be the same day but right now, the estimated date only state the same week.

Would I kena tax in that case? Any body can share some experience.

Added on June 23, 2011, 4:19 pmthis is really based on luck, technically, if it is based on individual shipment, but we read from forum some dude kena tax cause the officer combine 2 shipment on the same day.

i was really lucky so far. last month during my crazy buying, in total i already received 40 shipments in 50 days. sometimes i received 5 packages in the same day & the total value > RM500. i guess it is all based on luck.

I kena once.. had to collect at de local collection ctr [over here its in Bg Dalam, Bworth].. Pckg was less than rm500.. n when pointed out to de local k-guy, he agreed .. he was mildly surprised [only mildly .. ] tat I was asked to collect.. In de end , he released wifout me having to pay any tax..
Wat shldnt be held back is still kena tahan n worse hv to go collect at holding ctr . tis only happens when pckgs need sirim certification or need to pay tax..
