Sapphire Series's individual release had superb audio & video. I do not see any the point of double dipping on this again.
Just an opinion.

For those haven't own it, this 2 movie pack is much more cheaper than purchase trilogy or individually.

Listen,

Majority of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment UK BluRay titles have been coded 'All regions'. I have done quite a search and found out that due to, SPHE only has limited rights to this title, on this occasion the title was coded 'Region B'. Unfortunately this title has been labelled incorrectly with the standard 'All region' logo rather than 'Region B'. Its a misprint issue..

If you ask me, both you and Amazon are not the guilty party. The blame should not go to Amazon UK either, as you claim and it's perfectly alright for them to sell the title to buyers in the UK or elsewhere. Basic stuff !, when you are about to buy from UK , DE , FRA , ITA , always make a practice to check the region code. Andrewtst has given us the detailed link in the #Post 1 of the topic and you can always use them to confirm before you make a move.

I think you can tell them nicely that you fell for the wrong info in the web and you may well try your luck asking for a refund from Amazon UK, hope you succeed.

All the best

Just write them politely, Amazon will give you better options and even a refund. This is not Amazon fault, without customer inform they won't know, this is the production fault.

Always remember, especially deal with foreigner, those europe people, they will serve you better if you explain nicely rather than complaining.

I will only shoot if the return is no manners and not solving the issue.
--------------------
Some more Amazon UK never mention this title is region free. You can't really blame on Amazon.

Region B Disc still can be sold to those whose having Region B BD Players & PS3 Region B. I don't see them taking their chances of returning the stock as its still legitimate for Region B consumers. Probably they should look at replacing the misprinted cover art instead the Disc..

For Region B disc use the same site but click on Region B to verify

Just noticed something. Fascinating ; it has Hindi subtitle hmm.gif..

Its rather amusing if main stream English films comes with Asian subtitles , well it has and it does..unless they are targeted at Asian market.
Personally i don't watch any films with Subtitle..or Language odo option. I love the originality..

From what i have observed on the front left channel is , almost missing completely throughout the movie. The Dolby Digital track does not have this problem, but is exceptionally loud, even for an Indian blu-ray.
