Finally completed my e-filing today. Big headache as my streamyx line keep dropping.
Now i realize my employer has a different E number.. ( big sigh)
Past few years same number suddenly changed employer number and i did not check, just assumed the default is correct.

Can I redo the e-filing or do I have to go to the income tax office and join the last minute crowd.
(bigger sigh)

BTW same employer last 5 years and I don't know how or why he has a different E number.

If you have submitted, you can't take it out unless u call them to rectify it

What happen if my employer do not deduct my monthly tax that needs to be paid to LHDN???

You need to pay yourself.. My friend who was LYN -er here too..
His employee didnt pay his PCB for half year.. blush.gif

I do not mind paying what I should be paying as long as the amount needed to be paid can be computed through e-filing.

has been hearing people saying about the traveling allowances deduction RM2400. Can we deduct if in the EA form do not stated this?

what is the terms and condition to claim for this? thanks smile.gif

u must make sure that your employer had provide you such allowance then only u can omit 2400 from you EA form please check with your HR department

For the "Pembelian komputer peribadi untuk individu",I bought the casing+mobo+cpu in one shop but bought harddisk and ram in other shops.

Can I sum up the 3 receipts from 3 shops and make it one total amount of expense ?

LHDN will send you a cheque... if you are entitled to a refund.

I maybe asking a stupid question, do anyone know how to file the income tax if I have two EA forms from different company within the year 2010.

Can anyone advise?

You just add up both to determine the total based on categories mentioned like KWSP, amount of taxable salary and PCBs if any. That will do
