if afer minus all the relif ur income still left 30k u need to pay tax

for your information with effective from y/a 2009.any bonus u received during 2009 should declared as pendapatan pengajian columm regardless whether it is 2008 or 2007.for the pcb part u just need to add together with current pcb.

if you fall on high tax bracket i will say yes.for example your tax bracket is 26% u claim full housing intrest which is 10k. u can save 2.6k

if close down your business in the end of 2010 u still need to submit form B on 30 june.if you close down your business in early year say 1 january. and only received employment, dividend or rental income u need to report your tax by 30 april. and using form be

u must make sure that your employer had provide you such allowance then only u can omit 2400 from you EA form please check with your HR department
