Fuyohhhh ... This thread is still active until today! Respect! I have been reading it on and off for the last few years.
Anyway, I am looking for new ASX 4WD. My opinion, it is a bit dated but a very value buy. And then some more, my wife insist on it. Here is the problem. Last year I got offer RM4K rebate with the free 2 years labour and parts in addition to the 5 year warranty. But now I ask, no salesmen want to give me that package... duh. So any SALESMEN here can offer that or better? I have a sale for you. Guaranteeeeeed! PM me please. === edit "This active is still active" -> "This thread is still active" This post has been edited by haris: Mar 5 2015, 10:31 AM |

I think last time (sometime last year) I went there and indeed I talk to Halahudin. But last weekend I went and Auto Pacifica is no longger there in Jalan Maarof. The Mitsu there move somewhere down the road and is now Kah Bintang branch (which dont give me much discount... aiyoo). Maybe I will go and check again today. Just in case it is further down the road. Appreciate if anyone else have feedback. |

Pardon my late reply. Just finishing reading page 80 and beyond of this thread. Wow even Australian come n ask question here. Really say something about u guys ability & opennes of information. Pretty much show that this no need car club thing is working great.
I went to Bangsar Mitsu again today. I was told that the previous Mitsu (Auto Pacifica) close and the place now change to sell Honda. So the Kah Bintang there previously sell Honda now change to sell Mitsu But it is scary a bit bcse is like empty showroom. All mitsu car are outside including a 2W ASX which I test drove la. When asked, was told that not fully operationaln yet bcse soon to be renovated. QUOTE(halfdevil @ Mar 5 2015, 04:35 PM) Very nice deal And the scary thing is I only (have and) pay RM 300 for booking. Have not buy car for quite sometime. So maybe this is a new trend/development. I heard ppl buying MyVi paying low booking. Wow ... ASX? My theory is that dealers are clearing stock due to GST (some uncertainity about double tax for pre GST stock, i dont really understand it). So IMHO, anyone interested with ASX 4W before April GST deadline, can try your luck there. I have tried Mitsu Big show room in Jalan Ipoh which told me no 2014 ASX 4W, so not much discount (hint hint I am not talking about ASX 4W mfg year 2014 nice deal). I have tried talking to Mitsu Genting Kelang but got offered 2.5K discount without the 2 yr free labour and parts (1 year free labor only, still a good deal but a big turn off for me). PM me if someone want the sales guy phone number. But because of the empty show room, most probably you will see the guy anyway. When I arrive there is only the guy and one lady I think the reception. Last weekend when i went there, saw only the guy. Scarry a bit, like the place not open Sory for the long post, probably I will blog about my today experience and give more very the long content, that people will puke reading it. Have fun Stay safe |

I have been trying to google what is the stock security tint on ASX 4WD. On PaulTan it says LLumar security tint. But is it Crystal 6 or Diamond 6 or any other type? Anyone have experience adding another layer of tint on top of stock tint? Or is the stock security tint good enough? Thanks |

QUOTE(lucifah @ Oct 31 2014, 09:37 PM) u need to buy the Kenwood GPS and bluetooth module first Is there a market for 2nd hand FLyaudio HU? Thinking to get a full version flyaudio.and they are NOT CHEAP. bt module is about rm 500+. GPS module is about RM 1,000 you're better of trading in that DDX5036 HU for rm 300 - 500 and get a new HU with BT and GPS. that'd be cheaper. |
