Samsung warranty one years only and the other extra year warranty is depend on the merchant.

the one i bought from gave 2 yrs as he claims he is a samsung specialist vendor / reseller. TBH I didnt really check whether 1 or 2yrs with samsung.

Last week I bought it from SenQ Sunway Carnival. I asked when will be the next batch of stocks coming and the staff said Maybe this week Wednesday or Thursday will come again. If you want them to reserve the phone for you, you may pay a deposit about RM50 for them 1st. I used this method too.
