Yup just tried, for those pictures taken today (all 4 of them) not able to view at all. It just a picture icon only. But u can see the content. But those earlier pictures, no problem.

Hi guys. I just bought my BB Bold 9900 today. I was previously using the 9000.

In the past, I've always had problem connecting from ANY wifi, regardless from home or hot spot but I thought that was the phone problem and didn't bother to fix it since I was targetting the 9900.

However, when I switched to the 9900, the same problem occurs. "Unable to connect to internet" when I try to use wireless (without data).

Anybody know what's wrong? FYI, my provider is MAXIS.

Yes I have... But I want to use 100% wifi without the data plan on... That's not possible? Coz if I'm overseas, it's gonna cost me a bomb!

Brightstar Pg has just called me, my new replacement 9900 will arrive tomorrow or the day after. Will be selling it on mudah and here because I've become quite attached to my 9810 biggrin.gif

Do you guys think RM1900 is a good price to let it go for?

Can you share with me what are the main decisive factors for you to choose 9810 over 9900?

Coz I am considering between them currently, hmm.

Some key reasons..

1. The screen is larger and in portrait mode, its more like my old nokia 5800 and samsung galaxy s - ie I am more used to this orientation.

2. I can get a third party extended batt right away as the 9810 uses the same batt as the older 9800.

3. The keyboard while not as nice as the 9900's, is still ok for me.

4. The touchscreen + sliding keyboard combination feels a little better on the 9810 for me. For some reason, I rarely touched the 9900's screen and almost always used its keyboard while on the 9810, I do both equally often..

5. I've already scratched my 9810 (quite easy to do since sliders require mechanical movement) so I feel bad about selling the phone.

6. Even with the stock battery, I feel that the 9810 lasts a bit longer than the 9900 on 1 full charge.
