When i call them today, they try to confort me saying that just bring the resit already can claim warranty without registered online.
But they start to kan cheong a bit when i complain i treat that as they sold a used unit to me. Then they ask for the serial no i try to key in. Then only i realise i key in the product no.

Seems like you are right about the error at site. Coz i have miss treat the product code as serial no..
The website should show "invalid serial no." instead of "Serial Number is already exist", then i will realise i key in the wrong key.

Which staff told me? The staff that went up to the chair to announce the lucky draw winner on day 2 and day 3.

Armadillo II still better than bungee although i just got the normal bungee that you mention. I think it is just the similar stuff with a little bit different on the design.

Hmm , that's the point , if similiar stuff tho , i don mind buying the bungee if is different from the normal bungee, but is just the outlooks diff , that cost u more money , i don't think thats really worth for the money tho, is still just a normal plastic thinggy.

i got both armadillo v1 and v2.
using v1 all the time cos it doesnt move at all.

u can ask razer directly urself if u dont believe.
the registering part is maybe a way for them to track where their stuff goes and maybe see if anyone sending to other countries etc

that staff ah...lol...maybe he confuse with the newer orochi black chrome.

I still not happy, coz i just bought another rubberised surface mouse, which i clarify a few times of the material used with the staffs before i pay money.

Yes, i know online registered is not a condition precedent on warranty.

About the staff, definitely he is aware of the chrome version. Coz i was asking for the chrome version 1st, which he replied still not available at that time.
Then he suggested me to take the current one. I triple confirm with him and request to open box checking before paying. He said the box is sealed and confirm by saying it is not rubberised.
