Bought An Orochi during the last PC fair from the Razer booth. Tonight only un box it
1st - When i try registered online, it prompt me "Serial Number is already exist", i believe i bought a used unit.
2nd - When i triple confirm with the staff there about the surface of the mouse is rubberised or not. They assure me it is not. It shall be a 'plastic' look hard finishes. I highlighted to them before i purchase it coz both diamondback and mamba that i use now have this 'botak' problem after short period of using. I'll not buy if it is a rubberised surface.

Anyone having these problem before?

Tomorrow gonna call them up, hopefully they give me a good reply.

When i call them today, they try to confort me saying that just bring the resit already can claim warranty without registered online.
But they start to kan cheong a bit when i complain i treat that as they sold a used unit to me. Then they ask for the serial no i try to key in. Then only i realise i key in the product no. 
Seems like you are right about the error at site. Coz i have miss treat the product code as serial no.. 
The website should show "invalid serial no." instead of "Serial Number is already exist", then i will realise i key in the wrong key.

Which staff told me? The staff that went up to the chair to announce the lucky draw winner on day 2 and day 3.

Some more he dare to say he is using Orochi now. 
Luckily manage to register today. 

Does anyone here know where to repair razer products? My mamba right click cannot press already
