my friend, just bought DA refresh, he went back all-it change 2 time, 1st time is the led not working, 2nd time is the scroll not even, tat it stuck at some point, i was like lolz.. should have go for logitech, my friend g500 is much more robust and the build is better.

never liked control, i think its just a gimmick.
speed mats were just regular mats until razer came along and invented the control and then called the regular one speed.
ppl used to control mouses just fine before control came along.
anyway, not like u got any other choice for cloth from razer apart from goliathus.

Control just have slightly more friction compared to speed imho.. Im using Goliathus Control XD

for hard mats, i find control got less friction.
for soft mats, i never bothered with control.

one thing about control mats is u have to try it, friction wise not much difference on the mouse.
friction on ur wrist, thats another story...some ppl have wrists that end up red color from the rough texture of the mat.

There are new version for Goliathus. So don't worry about the fray stitched.

that would obviously depend on what stock the dealer still has cos the new one only released here less than 2 months ago.

zzz at least check the some facts first...copperhead used to be rm200++...boomslang ce also almost rm350...same for the original boomslang when it was sold here almost 10yrs ago...and those were regular laser, optical and ball
now the mouse if u tell me the sensor hasnt progressed technologically i dunno wat to say..
