For all to know, KL-Kepong is one of the top and reliable property developers in town. They really built value-for-money housing projects.
I can confirm it because I have been staying at Desa Coalfields for 6 years now. One of the unique features about this developer is that they adopt build-and-then sell concept. In other words, you can see some structures ready (30%) before public launching of the housing units. This developer is financially strong/solid and there is no problem of cutting corners faced on their projects. As for location wise, Bandar Seri Coalfields would be too far for those who work in KL City. If you work around Klang, Sg Buloh, Shah Alam, Ijok then it could be good place to look for. Anyhow, our present government is actively promoting Greater KL development plan and Sg. Buloh region is part of it. |

QUOTE(takso21 @ Apr 19 2011, 05:48 PM) I only speak the truth; shame the devil. Initial i think this is good buy but some forumers said very damn far from sg buloh tol...For you to know, Sg Buloh covers a huge vicinity but I don't think it is 20km distance from the toll. if for investment purposes... do u think this is Good buy ? pls advice... u stay there more than 6 years ? ok or not got any Crime cases happen frequent? very kampung area? thanks |

QUOTE(cutealex @ Apr 19 2011, 05:52 PM) Initial i think this is good buy but some forumers said very damn far from sg buloh tol... I attached with Google map for you to know the exact distance from KL city centre - it is like travelling from KLCC to almost Klang town. So you could guess how far from KL to Klang approximately? if for investment purposes... do u think this is Good buy ? pls advice... u stay there more than 6 years ? ok or not got any Crime cases happen frequent? very kampung area? thanks For investment purposes? It depends how you see it i.e. short run, mid run or long run. This place is definitely not for short run gain. For you know, there is not much empty land left around KL region for landed housing projects now, so the only direction for new development is towards KL outskirt regions. So, if you wait longer more years, your investment choice area would only be much more outskirt from KL city centre and at much more higher purchasing price!! On security wise, to be frank, crime happened everywhere and much more frequent on Chinese populated housing area. This BSC is not inside kampong area but presently is considered rather "ulu". However, with the active development plan and project around Sg. Buloh in no time, the surrounding area would be fully developed. So, you can keep your fingers crossed. Attached thumbnail(s) |

i'm staying at desa coalfield latest phase which handed over to us recently... for my personal opinion, it still worth the value even though is far from town... honestly everywhere in klang valley is having the traffic congestion problem..
But the prob here is desa coalfield in belonged to Sg Buloh (based on address) but not for Bandar Seri Coalfield which will be define under Kuala Selangor. |
