agree that area surrounding by malay kampung bt the aman putri also gt lotsa chinese buyers that nt far from coalfields

Mostly phase 1 sold out, they open for phase 2 already... So I thk the starting price as intro 1 won't had any more... I heard them said Sunday they also gt open...
