thanks for reply, so i cannot stock froyo rom?? must flash sbf fixed???

coz CM7 is like its engine.. put under the hood of really nice car design

it's better to do what's instructed in the faqs...less problematic...but actually i suggest you to wait untill RC1 out...cuz RC0 still buggy

if u want to try cm7 better flash nordic like the faq suggested...besides cm7 there's quite a few custom roms available for defy..try to read around xda's motorola defy section...instructions of flashing individual roms are provided if u do the research...and better make sure ur battery is fully charge or higher than 75% before u try to flash anything

just back from holiday.
btw, i stil prefer MIUI for daily use on my Defy
coz my already taste CM7 on my SPice.
interface kinda boring edy lol..

guys, CM7 progress still beta version ?

after 6 month of usage, my defy's search key no light now.

meaning all the other 3 keys "setting, home, back" got light. only the search button ... but since when I really no idea . haha

flash nordic is simple

just download RDS Lite, and that nordic ROM.
then start phone in download mode.
then just flash directly.
but before that, u're suggested to start in recovery mode, wipe data, cache, dalvik,
then boot in download mode,
fireup ur RDS Lite, choose nordic sbf,
start flashing..

RC0 macam not much difference from Beta 6, just speakerphone boleh pakai. what else changed that you can see and feel?

- to flash back to stock SBF or ROM that come in SBF format
- to exit this mode, just press back power button

Recovery Mode ( Reboot then when BLUE LED turn on, press Vol Down)
- to install ROMs or update etc that come in .zip format
- to backup nandroid
- to wipe data,cache, dalvik,battery stats
- to partition SD card

guys i can't seem to root using superoneclick, it keeps showing this when i click "root"..any ideas?
